By using My DukaGO POS ("the Service"), operated by Duka GO Enterprises, the shop owner ("you") agrees to these terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own shop while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or host the Service for others.
Subscription fees are [KES __ per shop per month], payable via [Paybill/Till __]. We may suspend a shop whose payment is overdue [__ days]. Fees are [non-refundable / refunded as follows: __].
You are responsible for your staff, PIN secrecy, the accuracy of your records, tax compliance (VAT, KRA) and any receipts you issue. The Service is a record-keeping tool, not tax or accounting advice.
The app works offline and syncs when online. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You should export or back up important records regularly.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous [3] months, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or misuse. See the Privacy Policy for data handling on termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya; disputes go to the courts of Nairobi.
